Stages of the project

Meeting and measurements
We learn your needs, lifestyle and budget. We measure the apartment or work from the developer's plans.

Floor plan
We prepare 2–5 layouts of walls, furniture and zones. You pick the best one and we refine it together.

Concept and visualisations
A 2D collage shows the mood, colours and materials. In the Full package every room gets 3D visualisations.

Construction drawings
Drawings for the renovation crew: walls, electrics, lighting, tiles, ceilings, built-in furniture.

Furniture and materials specification
A list of specific products with quantities – easy to budget and to order everything on time.

Author's supervision
We visit the site, check the work against the design and help furnish the interior.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an apartment interior design cost in Warsaw?
From 220 zł/m² in the Basic package and 300 zł/m² in the Full package with 3D visualisations. A floor plan alone costs 45 zł/m².
What is the difference between Basic and Full?
Full adds 3D visualisations of all rooms and 4 supervision visits instead of 2. The rest – floor plan, drawings and specification – is the same.
Can I order a design for just a few rooms?
Yes. In the Custom package we pick the scope: e.g. living room and kitchen in 3D, other rooms as a 2D concept.
Do you design new-build apartments from developers?
Yes, that is most of our work in Warsaw – including Wilanów and Ursus. It is best to start the design before finishing works begin.
Where do you work?
In Warsaw and the surrounding area. Measurements and supervision are done on site.
